This week the Sun is making its closing trine to Jupiter. The Sun always trines Jupiter before Jupiter stations direct. This fortuitous aspect perfects on Friday October 15, 2021, at 22 degrees of Libra and 22 degrees of Aquarius.

This is a really positive aspect that makes this week tinged with a hint of luck, enjoyment, confidence, and meaning. We can enjoy this energy simply by gliding through the week taking it all in, or we could build momentum on this positive wave. Or you might already have plans for this week or weekend. These will benefit from the Jupiterian glow of this aspect.

The Sun trine Jupiter is all about confidence, luck, finding meaning in our experiences, even if they are challenging. It’s about learning from giving things a try, and seeing the possibility that things might work out. And they very well might!

This aspect happening in air signs favors conversation, discussion, and working in relationship to enjoy ourselves, find meaning in connection, find common ground, and work toward progress or solutions.

This particular trine from the Sun to the Jupiter before it turns direct means Jupiter is at a mature phase in its cycle with the Sun. We can think of Jupiter as middle-aged,where it has some life experience under its belt, and confidence that can come with age. It knows itself and how to maneuver in the world, and so It is best poised to produce the benefits and blessings that are signified by its position in Aquarius. Aquarius is a sign that is ruled by Saturn so Jupiter’s benefits may be more Saturnian than we’d prefer, having to do with rewards that are rooted in commitment, structure, discipline, and long term commitment.

Jupiter will station direct on October 18 at 1:30 AM Eastern, 10:30 PM Pacific, at 22 degrees Aquarius.
