Put your ear down close to your soul and listen hard.

~Anne Sexton

On Saturday May 9 at around noon Eastern Daylight Time, Mercury will square Neptune at the same time both bodies will be in the same degree as the Nodes — 9 degrees of all degrees.

Neptune is the dream and the vision. A vision from Neptune is one that is felt and imagined, or kind of meandered upon by the psyche or soul. It’s a vision that overtakes a person and conjures a warm glow within. It’s that Neptune brand of magic that slowly soaks every cell until you become the vision itself.

When Mercury and Neptune create this alignment with the nodal axis, it’s a call toward the future and away from the past. Mercury in Gemini will be specially attuned to the peripheral call of the dream. This symbolism speaks to being able to know the dream with the conscious mind.

So listen to what sidles on over to your conversation over croissants in the garden or finds its way to your freeform journaling or that image that appears in the in between spaces of consciousness in savasana.

The Moon will be in Capricorn over the weekend, and with the Sun and Mars in Taurus, this is something we’ll know in our bodies. We’ll know it in our very smart guts— Venus newly in Cancer, ruler of the stomach.

Something will seductively pull you in. If you notice your world looks a bit aglow– that’s the dream calling.
